SHORT TITLE: Prohibiting certain higher education standards by board of examiners of registered professional nurses.

PROPOSED LAW PRESENTED TO THE COMMITTEE:

This bill prevents the Board of Examiners of Registered Professional Nurses from promulgating or enforcing rules that establish standards for faculty qualifications for state higher education institutions that are higher than the standards required by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Institutions of Higher Education.
